Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Moondrop or Concord Grapes seedless
  • 1 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 3/4 cup Honeycrisp apple chopped
  • 1 chopped shallot small
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 1 1/2 TBS maple syrup
  • thyme for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place grapes, cranberries, apple, and shallot on a sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees (F) until grapes and berries burst (about 25 minutes).
    Remove from oven and top with butter. Let butter melt over berries.
    Add maple syrup.
    Mix all ingredients together and let cool.
    Serve as a side to turkey and dressing or as a chutney with cheese and crackers.
